Who Should Attend: The course is intended for science and medical students, technicians, engineers involved with biopharmaceutical industries.
Description: The course emphasizes the industrial bioreactor culture of Mammal cells. It focusses on parameters of cell culture, cells nutrient, media constituents, feed strategies to induce optimum protein concentration, methods to minimize toxic buy products. At the bioreactor level it considered the parameters that affect the cell growth. The experimental part focus in small scale cell production, wave bioreactor, seed train bioreactors to scale-up bioreactor, protein expression, cell cycle, posttranslational glycosylation, protein secretion into the medium, prevention of protein degradation, harvest, cell removal and filtration.

The On-Line portion of this course will be open 4 weeks, before class's starts. You should pay Regular Cost up to 45 days before the course start day. After that period, you should pay Late Fee. Also, late fee applied if you make space separation.
