Description: The course covers the three-dimensional structure of proteins, function, and enzyme kinetics, protein characterization and synthesis. The experimental part of the course includes protein extraction from different sources and separation using SDS-PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis), protein fingerprinting gel electrophoresis dimensional electrophoresis, ELISA-EIA, Immunofluorescence,and western blot analysis (WBA).
