PET GROOMING INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (40 Hours)

The Intermediate Pet Grooming workshop covers breed clipping evaluation, advanced tools, coat types and their specific grooming requirements. It will be emphasized in advanced bathing and drying techniques for different coat types, Cutting Techniques stylized according to breed. Use of accessories and completion of cutting for exhibitions. It covers styling and current trends, preparation of dogs for events and competitions with practice and Skill Development and effective communication techniques with pet owners. It will also include techniques for coloring the coat, equipment, and Creative Grooming. Dog Grooming Business Management, marketing, legal and ethical considerations in dog grooming. Professional Poodle style cuts and intermediate cuts of the Poodle Breed (Poodle). Student must provide their equipment and pet (dog). The course is in Spanish, 40 Hours, four hours a week.
