In this workshop the student acquires the basic knowledge of repairing household electrical appliances, in residential or commercial buildings. This can involve inspecting appliances to determine the source of an issue, completing repairs with the necessary tools and parts, and installing new appliances in homes, offices, or other buildings. Appliance technicians can work with many devices, such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens. Includes, V.O.M, Multimeter, Use, Measurement and Application, Voltage Measurement, Ohms Measurement, Infinite Circuits Measurement. Power Supply of Electronic Components, Diodes, Transistors, Capacitors, Direct Current, Alternating Current, Measurement and Application. Measurement in Ohms, Electrical Resistances, Coffee Makers, Electric Irons, Electric Stoves, Toasters, electric cables. Testing Equipment and Laboratories. Equipment Testing and Repairs.
