PROFESSIONAL IN INDUSTRIAL ELETROMECHANICS
The program prepares students to attend in the integration of electronics and mechanics. The student will be prepared in the areas of electricity, electronic systems, magnetism, mechanics, electromechanics systems, semiconductors, transistors, and thyristors, electrical generators, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, diagrams-schematics,sensor, optics, automatization (PLC), mechanics equipment adjustment, instrumentation, and calibration.
Source of jobs: Technician with skills in assisting engineers in charge of development, analysis, maintenance and automatic testing, servo mechanics, motors and electromechanics. Industries of interest are electric power, electric cars, aviation electromechanical, wind turbines, pharmaceutical, biotech, automotive, household and others.
Educational Format: The format of the IBI diploma programs consists of 2 semesters of 16 weeks.
Requirements: Have completed High School or a higher degree. It is desirable to have previous professional experience, post-secondary basic courses and/or be displaced.
