The program is ideal to work in biotechnological, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical, agricultural industries, as well as other types of related industries.
Source of jobs: Technicians should have knowledge in different facets of instrumentation, calibration and troubleshooting including thermal process, pressure/vacuum gauges, sensors, electrical, mechanical, and other instruments. The program prepares students to work at the industrial instrumentation technician level in different industries such as biotechnology,pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, gases, aerospace, electronics, sensors, and mechanics.
Educational Format: The format of the IBI diploma programs consists of 2 semesters of 16 weeks.
Requirements: Have completed High School or a higher degree. It is desirable to have previous professional experience, post-secondary basic courses and/or be displaced.
