The course covers the dynamic of biotechnological manufacture process for facilities and its sanitization. It covers work order, movement of raw material components and products, equipment preparation, labeling and logs, assembly and logs, formats for SOP and manufactures process, cleaning in place, steamed in place (SIP), glass ware washer, disinfectant and pest control.
