USED WATER TREATMENT LEVEL I TO IV REVIEW (24 HOURS)

Properties and chemical structure of water, microorganisms in different aquatic ecosystems. The physical, biological, and chemical parameters of water quality are emphasized. Treatment and biological chemistry of used water, treatment plants that include bioreactors for the elimination of eutrophic parameters of nitrogenous compounds, phosphates, and organic carbon. Bioremediation of domestic water through different treatments in aerobic metabolism such as BOD, COD, TOC, and nutritional requirements due to sludge oxidation. In anaerobic metabolism, hydrolysis, acetogenesis, methanogenesis, fermentation and oxidation-reduction processes are addressed. Emphasis is placed on different diseases caused by viruses, bacteria, protozoa, parasites, produced by algae and cyanobacteria. The workshop/review is in Spanish, 24 Hours, four hours a week.
