are related to manufacturing process as bacteria nutrition, uptake of nutrients, chemical-physical parameters in the bioreactor, microbial culture evaluation, plasmid retention, sterility, and contamination.
The certification addresses the parameters from cell bank, seed fermenter to scale up. At each level the certification emphasizes the media components and its response, feeding strategies, control parameters
at the bioreactor technology, protein induction and quality control.
