Large and Small Farm Animals.

Large and Small Farm Animals (2 credits). The course deals with large farm animals, preferably including horses, cattle, as exotic we deal with elephants. Veterinary restraint procedures, medical techniques, fluid administration, artificial insemination are emphasized. Dairy cattle, goats, rabbits, pigs are included. It also includes the main animal diseases discussed in classes, first aid, emergencies and zoonoses.
