DOMESTIC VIOLENCE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL

The program develops the skills to understand and manage situations of domestic violence. Consider the diversity and psychology of the population. The professional is prepared to take into consideration sexual harassment, physical and psychological abuse of young people, the elderly, gender issues related to authority and other situations. As tools, the program offers resources for managing anxiety, mediation of couple conflict, relationships between parents and adolescent children,and drug use. You will receive basic training on the laws that apply to different situations of violence.

Educational Format

The format of the IBI diploma programs consists of 2 semesters of 16 weeks. Requirements: Have completed High School or a higher degree. It is required to have previous professional experience, post-secondary basic courses and/or be displaced.
